We received a request to design-build, an attached, outdoor pavilion providing an alternative space to enjoy the outdoors, yet offer protection from the elements. The result of this idea created over 820 sq feet of usable space, incorporating varying lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, fireplace, firewood storage, big screen television, built-in grill, sink, refrigerator and hot tub. D&S Elite Construction teamed with Spayd’s Outdoor Environments to combine the design & construction with the hardscaping and landscaping, creating this beautiful living space.
