Joseph M. DelibertisPresidentJoe founded D&S Elite Construction, Inc. in 2008 after 25+ years in the industry. As President, Joe oversees the day-to-day operations of D&S Elite Construction, Inc. and is responsible for the overall performance of all construction projects and contracts.
Joe got his start in construction at age 10 working as a carpenter helper with his dad. After earning his Associates Degree in Building Construction at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA, Joe worked as a carpenter foreman, superintendent, and project manager, as well as being a partner in a multi-million dollar construction company before becoming President of D&S Elite Construction, Inc. ALLEN BUTLERVice President of ConstructionAllen manages the entire D&S Elite Construction, Inc. residential project portfolio. Working directly with clients, design professionals and trade contractors, Allen takes pride in delivering projects that exceed his clients’ expectations and upholds the D&S reputation for quality workmanship and exceptional service.
Allen’s interest in construction began shortly after graduating high school when he was offered an opportunity to learn the finish carpentry trade. Allen spent the next 15 years as a lead carpenter refining his craft in some of southeastern PA’s most prestigious homes, where he developed an appreciation for fine craftsmanship and an understanding and passion for the entire construction process. He then moved into construction management, bringing his extensive experience of working hands-on in the field to become a strong link between trade contractors, clients, and design professionals throughout the entire construction process. |

Brian GalbraithProject ManagerBrian’s construction career began at a very young age performing all sub-categories of the carpentry trade. Over the years, Brian became well versed in historic preservation and rebuilding while working on numerous award-winning, prestigious Main-Line homes. Participating in various projects ranging in value from $1.5-$32 million has allowed Brian to work his way up the ladder throughout his career. From apprenticeship, to lead carpenter, to supervisor, and eventually Residential Project Manager.
Utilizing his 30 years' experience, Brian currently serves as Residential Project Manager at D&S Elite Construction, Inc. Brian routinely finds himself acting as the conduit between architects, engineers, and clients ensuring D&S Elite Construction, Inc. holds up its stellar reputation. Brian is a veteran from the USMC and holds a degree in construction management/ architecture from a major university located in the Philadelphia area. Brian enjoys saltwater sport fishing and boating. During his time off he can be seen with his wife, daughter and their two Weimaraner’s. |
Matthew PeriniProject ManagerMatt began his journey in the construction industry as a summer job during his college years. Those long summer hours made Matt realize he had a passion for construction and helping clients create their dream homes. What started out as a summer job quickly turned into a career that includes all facets of construction. Prior to joining D&S Elite Construction, Inc, Matt has worked as carpenter, foreman, site superintendent, estimator, and project manager for one of the nation’s largest home builders. Matt utilizes his vast experience in the industry to collaborate with clients allowing them to achieve their construction goals.
Matt lives in the Berks County area and enjoys spending time with family and friends. His hobbies include cooking, riding motorcycle, and traveling. |
