Carpenter

Job Description: We are currently looking to hire a motivated carpenter. This position is hands on and you must have your own small tools. The position will allow someone to be self-sufficient yet grow by shadowing a more experienced tradesman who can teach them and answer questions, increasing their knowledge and capabilities. We are looking for someone that fits with our companies’ values and goals and wants to grow with us. The work includes but is not limited to decks, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole home remolding, and finish carpentry for residential and at times, commercial work. Our work area is approximately 1.5-Hour radius from Douglassville, PA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Mobilize and prepare job site for construction
• Perform demolition of site
• Assist with wood framing
• Assist with drywall and painting
• Install door frames, door slabs and hardware
• Assist with finish carpentry (install cabinetry, millwork, etc.)
• De-mobilize and cleanup of site

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop and stand
• Willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
